Superyacht Concierge: Lasha, Prana & Lamima

The three vessels below sit outside the open-trip calendar entirely. They are 55–65 m crewed sailing yachts that price by route band and season, hold their calendars with brokers, and are arranged through our concierge desk rather than a booking form. The cards link to independent profiles — what each vessel is, what she genuinely costs, and which routes she runs in 2026 — and if your plans reach this tier, start with our Komodo yacht charter overview and then talk to the desk.

Every from-rate above was re-checked against the operators’ 2026 price lists on 26 July 2026 — and every figure is a “from” price, because cabin class, occupancy and season all move the number. Where a boat prices in rupiah (Mosalaki, Aura Suci, Pinta), we show IDR first with an approximate dollar figure alongside. Tap any card for the full profile: verified specifications, cabin-by-cabin rates, the 2026 departure table and a day-by-day sample route.

How the list was built: these 18 hulls are the boats the Komodo Trip desk can actually confirm dates on — twelve with weekly shared departures, three private-only Premium phinisi, and three superyachts we arrange by request. We left out boats we could not board, inspect or price this season; a listing you cannot book is decoration, not a fleet page. Lamborajo I, II and III share one card because guests search the fleet as one name and the desk prices all three hulls together.

Value, Premium or Superyacht: How We Tier the Fleet

Every hull on this page carries one of three tier badges, and each badge means something specific. Value covers the Lamborajo fleet: functional en-suite cabins, the same national-park circuit as everyone else, shared berths from $360 per person. Premium is the core of the calendar — fourteen air-conditioned phinisi between roughly $360 and $670 per person shared, or $5,800–11,300 per charter boat — where the real differences are cabin design, deck space and what comes out of the galley. Superyacht means Lasha, Prana by Atzaró and Lamima: crewed 55–65 m vessels from $27,000 + 11% VAT/night, handled by the concierge desk. The badge on each card doubles as a filter chip in the sticky bar above — one tap strips the page down to your band, and the counter tells you how many hulls survive the cut. A second tap on a budget chip narrows further; the two facets combine, so “Premium + Under $500 pp” is a real, bookable shortlist rather than marketing theatre.

How to Choose Your Komodo Boat: Budget, Comfort or Diving

There is no single best boat — there is a best boat for the way you travel. After thousands of guests since 2015, the desk’s matching logic collapses into four profiles: Best on a Budget A Lamborajo III berth from $360 or Malca Voyages’ triple from $330 per person sails the same Padar–Komodo–Pink Beach–Manta Point circuit as hulls at twice the price — what you give up is suite space, never the route. Every fixed date sits on the 2026 shared-trip schedule. Best for ComfortThree cabin types book out first every season: Neptune Cruise’s top-deck Mansard suites, Magika’s Master Ocean (bathtub, private balcony) and Catnazse’s Santalum kings. Expect $330 per person shared — or take the whole hull and keep the sundeck to your own party.Best for DiversNeptune Cruise brings the 40 m dive deck, Catnazse the crew that anchors close at Castle Rock and Manta Alley, and Magika sells dedicated 3D2N dive charters from $11,250. Start with the Komodo diving liveaboard guide, then tell us your logged dives so we match hull and tides. Families & Honeymoons Yumana’s 25-guest capacity absorbs three-generation trips; private-only Pinta (13 adults + 4 children) is the honeymoon-with-friends pick; Raffles Cruise gives couples a six-cabin hull with nobody else aboard. Compare full buyouts in the private charter guide or start from the honeymoon package. Open Trip or Private Charter: How the 2026 Calendar Works

Twelve of the eighteen boats sell shared cabins on a fixed weekly calendar — all 3D2N, boarding around 09:00 at Labuan Bajo Harbor, with 08:00–09:00 hotel or airport pick-up included on Malca Voyages, Ayvara and Catnazse. You buy a cabin, share the deck with 16–20 travelers, and pay per person from $330. The next blocks on the shared schedule: August 7–9, 14–16, 21–23, 28–30 · September 4–6, 11–13, 18–20, 25–27 · October 2–4, 9–11, 16–18, 23–25 and 30 Oct–1 Nov. Private charter flips the model: any boat, any date, your route from 2D1N up to 7D6N. Whole-boat rates start from $5,500/boat across the Premium phinisi on this page, and move to route-band pricing on the superyacht tier. Full route mathematics — day-trip speedboats included — live on the Komodo boat trip guide. FactorShared Cabin (Open Trip) Private Charter Price basis Per person, from $330 (3D2N)Per boat, from $5,500/boat Departure dates Fixed weekly calendar Any date, subject to the boat Group 16–20 mixed travelers Your party only (up to 25) Route Set 3D2N circuit Custom, 2D1N–7D6N Boats offering it 12 of 18 on this page All 18 Booking window (peak)4–8 weeks ahead 2–6 months ahead One 2026 change touches both formats: the park caps Komodo and Padar landings at 1,000 visitors per day through the SiOra reservation system, enforced since April 2026. In July and August the cap genuinely bites — boats without confirmed SiOra slots get re-routed to Rinca. We lock your park slots the day you confirm the boat, on either format.

What Your Komodo Boat Rate Includes (and What It Doesn’t)

Across the fleet, the boat rate covers full-board meals from the galley — Chef Bayu trains partner chefs to the desk’s standard menu — plus drinking water, tea and coffee, snorkeling gear, air-conditioned cabins and standard harbor transfers. Licensed park guides lead every landing. It does not cover Komodo National Park fees, paid per person per day $40-50. Budget $40–50 per person on top of a 3D2N — the park fees page itemizes every line, and the trip cost guide builds full sample budgets. Alcohol and the $135/day drone permit from the park office are also extra. Deposits confirm the cabin or the hull; balances clear before boarding. If your dates flex, say so — shoulder-season weeks in April–June and September–November regularly free up better cabins at the same list price. Not Sure Which Hull Fits?
