Naturalia Cruise is a 33-metre luxury phinisi liveaboard, newly built in 2026, with 8 ensuite air-conditioned cabins for up to 24 guests. She sails Komodo National Park from Labuan Bajo on shared 3D2N open trips from $400 per person and private charters from about $5,400. Book via our Labuan Bajo desk.
Who the Naturalia Cruise Suits
Every season a handful of vessels set the tone for the upper end of the Labuan Bajo fleet, and in 2026 the Naturalia Cruise is the newest of them. She was launched this year from the phinisi yards of Bulukumba, South Sulawesi — the coast that has built wooden sailing ships for generations — measures roughly 33 metres overall, and carries a maximum of 24 guests across 8 ensuite cabins spread over three decks. She sails in the VIP class of our operator Komodo Luxury’s fleet, and we arrange her departures directly through our booking desk at Labuan Bajo Harbor.
Naturalia fits three kinds of travellers particularly well: couples who want a cabin with a private balcony, jacuzzi or bathtub without paying for a whole-boat buy-out; groups of friends splitting several cabins on one shared departure; and full charters for families or company retreats of up to 24 people. If you are still deciding between formats, our Komodo liveaboard guide explains how multi-day boats differ from day boats and which duration suits first-timers.

Cabins & Decks
All 8 cabins share the same baseline — air-conditioning, private ensuite bathroom, hot water — so the real choice is deck level and extras. The cabins are individually named, which matters when you book a shared departure: you reserve a specific cabin, not a generic category.
Upper Deck — Azure, Coral, Breeze
Closest to the sundeck and the views. Azure carries a private bathtub, and select upper cabins open onto private balconies — these book out first on weekend departures.
Main Deck — Aurea, Sandal
Aurea is the signature suite and the only cabin on board with a private jacuzzi. Sandal offers the same main-deck convenience a few steps from the dining lounge.
Lower Deck — Tide, Lagoon 1 & 2
The value picks. Same ensuite hot-water standard as the decks above, priced at the entry point of the open-trip range — ideal for friends splitting two or three cabins.
On shared departures this cabin ladder is what moves the price: the $400-per-person entry point applies to lower-deck cabins, while Aurea and Azure sit near the $800 top end of the published range.
Facilities On Board
Shared spaces run across all three decks: a full sundeck for the crossing between islands, an outdoor panoramic dining deck for meals in open air, and an indoor air-conditioned dining lounge with a mini bar for the hot midday hours. A karaoke and speaker set covers the evenings at anchor. Water gear — snorkelling sets, paddleboards, kayaks — is typically carried on board, though the exact kit varies by departure, so confirm with our desk when you book. The vessel’s own site advertises Starlink WiFi; satellite coverage inside the park varies in practice, so tell us in advance if you need to stay reachable for work. Like every boat we sell, she is run by a licensed Indonesian tour operator and passes the annual Indonesian maritime safety inspection.
Trip Types & the Signature 3D2N Route
Naturalia sells in two formats. Open trips are shared 3D2N departures on a published 2026 calendar — typically clustered toward the weekend — where you book by cabin. Private charters run from a Full Day up to 5D4N with the whole boat and an itinerary shaped around your group. To see how these formats compare across the harbor, our Komodo boat trip overview sets day boats and liveaboards side by side. The signature shared route looks like this:
Day 1 — Sebayur, Manta Point, Taka Makassar
Morning boarding at Labuan Bajo Harbor, then a first easy snorkel at Sebayur Island to test gear. Early afternoon is Manta Point, drifting above the cleaning stations where reef mantas hold in the current, followed by the Taka Makassar sandbar — a crescent of white sand barely above the tide line. Sunset is on deck at anchor.
Day 2 — Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Kalong
We time Padar for a 05:15 trek start, so guests reach the saddle viewpoint before the heat builds. Pink Beach follows mid-morning for snorkelling off the rose-tinted sand, then licensed park rangers lead the Komodo Island dragon walk after lunch. The day closes anchored off Kalong Island, where thousands of flying foxes stream out of the mangroves at dusk.
Day 3 — Kelor & Manjarite
A short, steep trek up Kelor Island for the final viewpoint, a last snorkel over the Manjarite reef, and the boat is back alongside at Labuan Bajo around midday.
Park fees are never included in boat prices anywhere in Labuan Bajo, so budget them separately: foreign visitors pay IDR 250,000 (~$16) per person per day in entry fees, IDR 25,000 harbor fee, plus ranger trekking fees per group — IDR 200,000 for up to five people on Komodo, IDR 150,000 on Padar. For a 3D2N, plan on $40–50 per person on top of the cabin rate. Since April 2026 the park has enforced a 1,000-visitor daily cap for the Komodo–Padar zone through the SiOra reservation system; we lock those slots in when we confirm your cabin. Flying a drone requires a separate BTNK permit at IDR 2,000,000 per day.
Naturalia Cruise Rates & 2026 Departures
| Format | Duration | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Open trip (shared, per cabin) | 3D2N | From $400/person (lower deck) to ~$800 (suite-grade cabins) |
| Private charter (whole boat) | Full Day | From ~$5,400 (IDR listings from 123.5M per trip) |
| Private charter (whole boat) | 2D1N – 5D4N | Rates on request via our booking desk |
For calibration: a standard mid-market shared 3D2N in Komodo runs about IDR 3.5–5.5 million per person. Naturalia’s open-trip pricing sits above that band because you are paying for a 2026-built hull, ensuite hot-water cabins and far more space per guest than the 5-cabin boats that dominate the harbor. Charters typically include meals prepared on board and harbor transfers; park and ranger fees are always billed separately, and we itemise everything in a single quote before you pay anything.

Book Now WhatsApp UsHow Booking Through Komodo Trip Works
We are a booking desk, not the vessel owner — and we say so plainly. Komodo Trip arranges Naturalia departures through our desk at Labuan Bajo Harbor: send your dates, group size and preferred cabin on WhatsApp (+62 811 3823 875) or to sales@komodoluxury.com, and Dewi from our guest experience team confirms live cabin availability, reserves your park entry under the SiOra daily cap, and times your airport-to-harbor transfer around your flight into Komodo Airport. For a full buy-out with your own route — divers who want extra Manta Point time, or a group that wants two nights at the quieter southern anchorages — start with our private charter guide, then hold dates on the booking page. No payment is taken until you have a single itemised quote covering cabin, transfers and park fees.
Naturalia vs Her Sister Boats
Within the same harbor line-up, Naturalia’s closest comparisons are Neptune Cruise, a VIP-class phinisi carrying up to 20 guests with a slightly more intimate feel, and Yumana, which runs to 25 guests in a comparable shared-departure format. Naturalia’s edge is age and hardware: she is the newest 2026 build of the three and the only one offering a private jacuzzi cabin. Set them side by side on our boats comparison page before you commit.
