Lasha Phinisi: Verified Specifications
At 466 gross tons, Lasha is one of the heaviest wooden hulls in the Labuan Bajo–Sorong charter corridor — for context, she carries 26 guests where the 55-metre Prana takes 18 and the 65.2-metre Lamima takes 14. Lasha Charter Rates 2026: Cabin Classes & Price Bands
Lasha’s accommodation splits into four classes, and the spread is wider than most charts admit. The two Master Suites are the headline product — private balcony, in-suite jacuzzi tub, double bed plus extra bed, full sea view. The four Junior Suites keep the balcony and sea view but drop the tub. The Grand Deluxe and Deluxe classes are twin-bed, porthole-view cabins on a lower deck — comfortable, air-conditioned and en-suite, and exactly where you place the teenagers or the security detail so the balcony decks stay quiet. On a whole-boat charter you allocate all of them; nobody pays per cabin.

The Komodo band opens with her debut season: from $9,800 per night (roughly IDR 155 million) for groups of up to 14 guests, sailing from Labuan Bajo from 17 August 2026, with each additional guest above 14 priced per night on the vessel’s published increments. The Raja Ampat band runs from $11,600 per night (roughly IDR 183 million) on the 2026 calendar, ex-Sorong. Payment terms are the operator’s standard: a 50% deposit secures the date, with the balance due no later than 30 days before departure. Booking a year out — sensible for a maiden-season boat — softens that to 30% on confirmation, a further 20% at 120 days, and the balance at 30 days. Children aged 3 and above are charged the full rate. Cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable, though a named replacement guest is allowed. Komodo National Park fees are never bundled into the nightly rate — budget them separately (details in the route section below).
What the nightly rate buys, beyond the ship itself: all meals from the indoor kitchen, mineral water, coffee and tea throughout, a licensed guide, snorkelling gear and life vests for the full group, and hotel or airport pick-up to the boarding point. The charter also carries premium trip documentation — drone, GoPro and mirrorless coverage, delivered as raw footage — which on most vessels is a paid add-on rather than a line item already inside the rate. What it does not buy: park and marine fees, flights, alcohol and soft drinks, personal expenses and crew gratuities, all of which sit on your own tab. Let’s answer the question the search engines see most: there is no Lasha open trip, and no per-person cabin price. She sells one way — as a private whole-boat charter, with groups of 14 to 26 guests taking the entire vessel, her crew and her calendar. Where Lasha Sails: Komodo Debut & Raja Ampat Season
Komodo band — ex-Labuan Bajo, from 17 August 2026
The Lasha Komodo debut puts a superyacht-class hull on the classic National Park circuit. From 17 August she is, in practical terms, a Lasha Labuan Bajo operation — berthed, provisioned and crewed out of the town’s main harbor for the dry-season blocks. A representative 3D2N private run, subject to your captain’s weather call: day one clears Labuan Bajo Harbor mid-morning for Kelor Island’s short ridge walk, snorkelling off Manjarite, and dusk at Kalong Island as tens of thousands of flying foxes leave the mangroves. Day two is the reason people fly here — a 05:15 start for the Padar viewpoint before the heat, Pink Beach snorkelling, the ranger-guided dragon walk on Komodo Island, then Taka Makassar sandbar and mantas at Manta Point in the afternoon current. Day three works Sebayur or Siaba for a final reef before the run home. On a private charter you can invert, stretch or slow any of it — the 4D3N version simply breathes more.
Park costs, kept honest and separate from the charter rate: foreigners pay IDR 250,000 (about $16) per person per day in entry fees, plus IDR 200,000 per ranger group of up to five on guided walks (IDR 150,000 at Padar), harbor fees of IDR 25,000, and a IDR 25,000 daily dive surcharge if you dive. Budget $40–50 per person across a 3D2N. Since April 2026 the park has enforced a 1,000-visitor daily cap on the Komodo–Padar zone through the SiOra reservation system — one more reason the desk locks permits when the deposit lands, not the week before sailing.
Raja Ampat band — ex-Sorong, 8D7N to 12D11N
The Raja Ampat season is the long-form Lasha experience: eight to twelve days out of Sorong, West Papua, across the richest reef system on the planet. Programmes build around Piaynemo’s karst lookout, the Wayag Island lagoons, the village reef at Sauwandarek, Harfat’s ridge panorama, Dafalen and the Timbul Sand bar — with the dive deck earning its keep daily. Sorong (SOQ) has direct flights from Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya and Makassar on Garuda, Batik, Lion, Citilink and others; most groups arrive the evening before boarding and overnight in a Sorong hotel, which the desk arranges alongside the charter.
