Quick Answer

Aura Suci is a 30-meter deluxe phinisi liveaboard sailing Komodo National Park from Labuan Bajo, with 8 air-conditioned en-suite cabins for up to 24 guests. Shared 3D2N open trips start from IDR 4,500,000 (~$285) per person; private charters run 2D1N to 4D3N. Komodo Trip arranges dates and cabins through our Labuan Bajo booking desk.

Who the Aura Suci Liveaboard Suits Best

The Aura Suci liveaboard is the boat we point to when a group wants deluxe-tier comfort on a fixed schedule without paying VIP-charter money. She runs regular Friday–Sunday and Monday–Wednesday 3D2N departures from Labuan Bajo Harbor, so travelers locked into flight dates can plan around her calendar rather than waiting for a charter to fill. With 8 cabins across four price classes — from a shared bunk cabin at IDR 4,500,000 to a Master cabin at IDR 7,500,000 per person — one departure can carry a backpacking couple and a three-generation family at the same time.

She sits in the deluxe band of our Komodo liveaboard lineup: private bathrooms in every cabin, balconies on most, and a karaoke and TV lounge that makes her a favorite for Indonesian family groups and birthday charters. Solo travelers and couples on a budget take the shared cabin; honeymooners book the Master and keep the balcony to themselves. If you want a quieter boat with fewer than ten guests, our fleet page lists smaller boutique hulls on the same route.

Cabin Classes on Board

Open-trip departures sell four cabin classes: Master, Deluxe, Superior, and a shared bunk cabin. Master cabins take two guests; Deluxe and Superior typically take two to three; the shared cabin sleeps four in bunks. Premium classes have hot-and-cold-water bathrooms, while the shared cabin runs cold water only. Most cabins open onto a private balcony — worth requesting early, because balcony cabins are the first to sell on sunset-side departures.

On private charters the crew reconfigures the same 8 cabins into a family-friendly mix, so the exact layout varies by departure type. Tell our desk who is in your group — couples, kids, grandparents — and we confirm the cabin plan in writing before you pay a deposit rather than leaving it to boarding day.

Facilities: What You Get for the Money

Air-conditioned sea-view cabins, private bathrooms throughout, hot water in premium classes, and private balconies on most cabins.

Dining

Spacious indoor dining area and a full galley serving seven full-board meals on a 3D2N, plus free-flow mineral water, tea, and coffee.

Deck & Entertainment

Sundeck with bean bags for the crossing between islands, plus a karaoke and TV lounge that comes alive after the Kalong Island sunset.

In the Water

Snorkeling equipment is included at every stop. Dedicated scuba itineraries vary by season — ask our desk before assuming dive support.

Trip Types & 2026 Departures

Aura Suci runs two formats. The first is the shared 3D2N open trip — the same format as the rest of our Komodo boat trip departures — with fixed Friday–Sunday and Monday–Wednesday sailings, hotel and airport transfers included within the Labuan Bajo area. The second is full-boat hire in 2D1N, 3D2N, or 4D3N formats: our private charter desk quotes the whole vessel, typically for groups of up to 16 even though she is licensed for 24, which keeps cabins uncrowded and the crew-to-guest ratio comfortable.

Sample 3D2N Itinerary

Day 1 — Labuan Bajo to Kalong Island

Boarding at Labuan Bajo Harbor around 10:30 after your hotel pickup. First stop is Kelor Island for a short, steep viewpoint hike, then Manjarite for the first snorkel of the trip. The boat anchors off Kalong Island before dusk — tens of thousands of flying foxes leave the mangroves at sunset, roughly 17:45–18:15 depending on the month.

Day 2 — Padar, Komodo & Manta Point

Wake-up call before 05:00: the Padar summit trek starts around 05:15 so you top out for sunrise ahead of the day-boat crowds. Back on board for breakfast, then Pink Beach, a guided dragon trek on Komodo Island with licensed park guides, the Taka Makassar sandbar, and a drift snorkel at Manta Point in the afternoon.

Day 3 — Siaba, Sebayur & Return

A last morning snorkel at Siaba or Sebayur, brunch on deck, and arrival back at Labuan Bajo Harbor around 11:30 — early enough to make an afternoon flight out of Komodo Airport, though we recommend flights after 14:30 for margin.

How to Book Aura Suci Through Komodo Trip

We are a booking desk, not the boat owner — Komodo Trip arranges Aura Suci through our Labuan Bajo desk, operated by Komodo Luxury since 2015, alongside the rest of the phinisi fleet we work with. Booking works in four steps: message us your dates and group size, we confirm cabin availability and hold it for 24 hours, you pay a deposit to fix the price in writing, and we handle the paperwork — including your SiOra park reservation, which matters now that the 1,000-visitor daily cap on Komodo and Padar is enforced from April 2026. Guests who show up without a SiOra slot in peak season get turned away at the ranger station; ours never do, because the permit is booked the day your cabin is confirmed. Start on the booking page or message Dewi on our guest experience team directly on WhatsApp at +62 811 3823 875.

How She Compares to Sister Boats

Against the sister phinisi we arrange on the same route, Aura Suci is the capacity pick: 24 guests across 8 cabins, where Ayvara (25 m) tops out at 15 guests in 7 cabins and Pinta (also 30 m) carries around 13 adults in 5. That scale is exactly why her shared-bunk class can start at IDR 4.5 million while smaller boats cannot. Choose Aura Suci for scheduled departures, cabin-class choice, and the liveliest deck; choose a smaller sister hull when your priority is fewer strangers on board.
